By accessing or using the Wordnapse website, browser extension, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Wordnapse is a vocabulary learning platform consisting of a web application and a browser extension. It allows users to look up words, save them, and practice them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Wordnapse to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
• Scrape, data-mine, or automatically extract data from our services without permission.

Wordnapse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wordnapse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Dictionary definitions and translations are sourced from third-party APIs (such as Wiktionary and KRDict) and are subject to their respective licenses.

Our browser extension requires certain permissions (like activeTab and storage) to function correctly. By installing the extension, you grant us these permissions. The extension is designed to interact with third-party websites (e.g., YouTube, Netflix) strictly for providing inline vocabulary lookups. We do not endorsement or have any affiliation with these third-party websites.

You retain all rights to the vocabulary lists and data you create and save in Wordnapse. By saving content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Wordnapse is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. In no event shall Wordnapse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
